Since December 2024, I have held the position of IT Director at BTG Pactual, with a primary focus on leading the technological and strategic transformation of the Brokerage Firm, enhancing the Sales & Trading, Wealth Management and Digital areas.
Between March 2023 until December 2024, I held the position of IT Associate Director (Brokerage Firm), overseeing and directing the technological scope in the Sales & Trading area.
My main responsibilities include:
Development and implementation of technological solutions: Design and integration of digital solutions for trading and post-trading, optimizing key processes and improving user experience.
Generation of strategic and technological guidelines: Creation and implementation of technological strategies that ensure operational efficiency, innovation and competitiveness.
Management of the project portfolio: Direction of high-impact technological projects, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and their successful execution.
Digital transformation: Driving digital transformation initiatives through the adoption of advanced technologies, improving operational agility and efficiency.

From May 2022 until March 2023 I served as Senior Products & Digital Innovation Lead Manager.
In this role I was in charge of promoting the definition, implementation and improvement of new initiatives aimed
at the digital transformation of products, processes and stock exchange services of the Santiago Stock Exchange.

Implementation of Big Data architecture with Microsoft Azure - Batch logic.
Design and enabling of analytical reporting web platform with stock market transactional information - Brain Data.
Generation and deployment of Datalake Gen 2.
Migration of on-premise servers to Cloud.
Generation of discovery zone in the cloud for open collaboration - Cloud computing.
Generation of Market Surveillance guidelines.
Between February to April 2022 I served as Senior Exchange Products Manager. In this role I led high-impact strategic and stock exchange innovation projects.
Between October 2019 until February 2022 I served as Exchange Products Manager. I was responsible for leading multidisciplinary cells under the role of Product Owner
in IT project development under Agile/Scrum methodology.

Between March to September 2019 I served as Business Intelligence Analyst under the modality of Thesis Student in the
Business Intelligence Department.
I implemented and developed predictive and descriptive models through data mining tools and Machine Learning (Python), for the portfolio of placements
of consumer products as well as Dashboards for their visualization (Qliksense).

1. Creation and design of Brain Data - Santiago Stock Exchange
Responsible for the creation, design and implementation of the Brain Data Platform of the Santiago Stock Exchange.
Brain Data represents the latest innovation in the field of Big Data & Analytics, where we consolidate market information and make it available to you. It allows the management and analysis of data on a large scale, discovering relevant information about the Chilean market. This digital and interactive platform is accessible from any device, ensuring continuous access to market information and analysis.
2. Design and deployment of Big Data Batch Architecture - MS Azure
Research, design and implementation of Big Data Analytics Platform, which allows data processing on a large scale in order to promote information discovery, management and advanced data analytics.
From this platform, solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Analytical Dashboards, API, among others, are generated.
Administration, updating and deployment of improvements to the Click & Vote Platform, which seeks to facilitate the remote voting process in shareholders' meetings, through a secure and private tool under Blockchain technology, which guarantees greater security, trust and traceability of information.
The platform uses Blockchain technology, which complies with fundamental principles to guarantee that the exercise of voting respects the rights of voters, regulatory requirements and gives the issuer the confidence that the entire process will be carried out in an integral and secure manner.

I led the implementation of the cross-listing modality ("Cross Listing") that allows investors, both institutional and individual, to buy and sell Colombian securities (in CLP and/or USD) listed on the Colombian Stock Exchange (BVC) through a national brokerage firm and under local rules directly on the Santiago Stock Exchange (BCS). This initiative seeks to increase the liquidity and competitiveness of the local market, and is part of an agreement signed between the BCS and the BVC for the dual stock listing in both stock exchanges.
